Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation via email or SMS. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Local Delivery (Within Kumasi)
We offer local delivery within Kumasi. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the shipping zone your location falls in.
Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We will contact you via text message or phone call using the number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Outside Kumasi)
For locations outside Kumasi, we deliver your order to a nationwide shipping service of your choice, including STC, VIP, or FedEx. The fee displayed at checkout covers delivery to the shipping service's location only. You will be contacted once your order has been delivered to the courier company (VIP, STC, DHL, or FedEx). Any additional charges required to complete delivery will be communicated to you at that time
In-Store Pickup
Skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup at our location near TUC Junction, Kumasi.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 2–5 business days. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Please bring your order confirmation email or SMS when you come to collect.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email, SMS, or phone call.
If you have not received your order within 3–4 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number and we will look into it for you:

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. More details the return policy page
